Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to ask us to delete the data our WhatsApp messaging platform holds about you. It applies to the business applications that use our platform, including Soldi. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What we keep

• Your WhatsApp phone number, stored encrypted and used only to route and deliver messages.
• Delivery metadata, such as timestamps, delivery status and error codes, and one-way keyed hashes of identifiers and of message text.
• Opt-out flags, so we do not message you again after you ask us to stop.

We do not keep message content at rest. It is held only transiently and encrypted, and deleted shortly after delivery to the business application.

2. How to request deletion

Email contact@mythesis.app with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the WhatsApp phone number you used. We may ask you to confirm the request from that number so that nobody else can delete your data.

3. To stop messages only

Send עצור or STOP to the business number on WhatsApp to ask that business to stop messaging you. You can also block the number in WhatsApp at any time. Stopping messages does not by itself delete your data; use the email request above for that.

4. What happens next

• We confirm that we received your request.
• Within 30 days we delete your encrypted phone number and the delivery metadata and hashes linked to it, and tell the business application you used so it can delete the data it holds as controller.
• We keep only a minimal opt-out record, if you asked us to stop messages, so that we do not contact you again, and anything the law requires us to keep.

We email you when the deletion is complete.

5. Data held by WhatsApp and Meta

WhatsApp and Meta keep their own copies of your account and messages under their own terms and privacy policy. We cannot delete that data. To manage it, use WhatsApp's settings or see WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
