These terms apply to the My Thesis website and messaging platform, operated by תמיר רובינסקי (Tamir Rubinsky), עוסק מורשה, Uri Lesser 6/35, Tel Aviv, Israel.

1. The service

We provide WhatsApp messaging infrastructure to business applications. Each business application is responsible for its own content, offers and obligations to its users, and has its own terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send spam, unlawful content or messages to people who have not asked to hear from you, or in breach of WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies.

3. Opting out

You can block any business number in WhatsApp at any time, or ask the business or us to stop messaging you.

4. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and outages of third party services such as WhatsApp.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
